Diagnosis: Acute megakaryocytic leukaemia, FAB class M7. First acute period.(C.92.0) The mentioned diagnosis has been made on the basis of: Clinical picture, cytomorphological, immunocytological and cytochemical investigation of the bone marrow aspirate, biochemical study of the liquor, cytomorphological study of the centrifugate of the cerebrospinal fluid. Since 25.02.2010, the patient has been receiving therapy in accordance with Protocol AML-BFM 2004. In accordance with Ordinance No. 454/471/516 of the Ministry of Health Care of Ukraine of 08.11.2001, Section 18, Clause 2, the patient is recommended to underwent a survey by the community-based Medico-Social Expert Commission (in absence) in order to decide on the physical disability of the patient for the underlying disease.
